When you book a Bond Clean with New View Cleaning, we guarantee our work will meet real estate and property manager standards. That means:

Full attention to detail – we follow the real estate checklist to ensure everything is covered.

Re-clean if needed – if your property manager isn’t satisfied, simply let us know within 72 hours, and we’ll return free of charge to fix any issues.

What’s not covered under the guarantee:

• Property damage (holes in walls, broken fittings, stains that can’t be removed, pest infestations, mold requiring specialists, etc.).
• Maintenance issues (e.g. faulty appliances, plumbing, or carpet replacement).
• Late reports – if the property manager raises issues after the 72-hour guarantee window.
• General wear and tear of the property

In short:

We guarantee our cleaning, not the condition of the property itself. If it’s dirt, dust, or grime — we’ll handle it. If it’s damage or wear-and-tear — that’s up to the landlord/tenant.

Absolutely! 

During our general cleans, we always lift and wipe under items on shelves, as long as they’re not fragile, breakable, or overly cluttered.

For our spring or deep cleaning services, we go the extra mile — lifting and cleaning around cluttered areas and moving light furniture where possible, provided it’s within safe manual handling guidelines. According to legal standards, the maximum safe lifting weight for women is 16kg.

Please note, my team and I always aim for a thorough clean, but safety will always come first. If an item feels unsafe or too heavy to move, our staff have the right to decline lifting it to prevent injury.

Not at all — it’s completely up to you. Many clients provide us with access (keys, lockbox, or letting us in) and return to a fresh home.

Standard cleans are usually set as recurring packages. Deep cleans and bond cleans are quoted as a set price based on the size of your home and job specifics.

We offer interior and exterior window cleaning, including sills, tracks, and frames.

Currently, we offer all regular cleaning services on weekdays.

For larger jobs — such as deep cleans or end-of-lease cleans — we can accommodate weekend bookings upon request.
